I stayed here with my family and I must say the hotel lived up to its promises. Nice location which is almost in downtown Oakland plus lake Merritt is one minute away from the hotel where you can have loads of fun. The outside was clean and neat. Our room was clean and free of odor. Would definitely stay here again.
